When the calendar shows a border (like it does today), you get the border and no ARP. The streak points are still awarded, with any artefact bonus. AFAIK.

At first mine was not showing on the calendar but after several back and forths between sections I think it has counted,family and I have problems with random days not counting all the time missing out on completing the calendar occasionlly
