You should always keep 1k arp in reserve to buy the artifacts they add periodically to the store. I think one is supposed to be added in November. When added they are only there a month and then gone for a long time.

Also remember to buy Fragments as well, as it can upgrade your artifacts to have better effect.

Log in everyday and have patience, it took me about a year from starting out to ranking to Tier 5, buy the 3 starter artifacts then just participate in events as they come, the marketplace updates sporadically so I check it frequently 🖖
