Creators of Mafia 3 got fired

Mafia 3 managed to sell well despite it was not as good as the previous two parts in their time. But, of course, somebody had to pay for the ruined reputation of the series, and that was the studio staff that made the game.

Hangar 13 has like that left without a significant number of employees. It is not known exactly how many people got fired, but sources of portal Kotaku claim that it is a massive reduction of the team. Before firing, Hangar 13 employed about 150 people, which is the optimal figure for the development of expensive and large projects. It is therefore apparent that the rest of the team will not work on such projects in the near future.

After completing work on DLC packages for Mafia 3, in Hangar 13 allegedly were creating new games, unrelated to the Mafia series. One of the alleged ideas was an action game in which players with fighting would create music.

So like sold well mafia 3, meaning to dismiss people who have earned money to the publisher?

Interstellar

Yeah looks like leveraging ideas from existing IP to make other games which you can't do.
