Thanks for the tip and links!

This is a bit weird and I never would have guessed the DLCs could be grabbed from steamdb.info for free. They're shown as 12 bucks apiece or something on Steam itself, but following either of your link from steamdb adds both of them for free in the Steam library. Nice find!

The base game was free but there are no green install buttons on the steamdb pages, just blue install buttons but they just link to their store pages.
