I've seen some complaints this week about this offer being a scam, and I finally got my email:

"Thanks for signing up for our giveaway! Although, you didn't win this time, keep a lookout for giveaways in the future!"

Maybe BANDAI NAMCO just has a different definition for "giveaway".

There was similar post 2 weeks ago, and I signed up for it, yesterday I got the email just like everyone said, it says that I didn't win the giveaway this time which got me confused

I haven't seen anyone report their success with this free giveaway, but maybe there was only one "winner".

It didn't mention anything about quantity AFAIK. The impression was that due to the rather not-so-conspicuous link to the page that you have to sign up your email for this, it said it would give you a key after this. This all looks like a big lie, and that it was over two weeks ago (otherwise, why bother returning the email and then say "sorry, you didn't win", when it was a giveaway, not a contest?

FWIW, I managed to snag a key from someone else, when I didn't expect to while also forgetting I signed up for this which doesn't personally affect me, but if I hadn't been that fortunate - yeah, I'd be just as mad.
