You can get it as usual:
1- Go to the page: Santa's Sweatshop DLC (get it here for free)
2- Click on [GET]
3- It will show you a pop-up like this!:
4- Ignore the warning, and click [PLACE ORDER] button.
5- It should go ahead and give you the DLC, then, next week you'll get the game. So, everyone is happy! ^_^
