PSA: Dell Rewards have reset!

It looks like the Dell Rewards have been “refreshed” or “reset” – meaning if you’ve previously “claimed/purchased” these rewards using ARP, you can now purchase them again!

To claim, go to the Marketplace, here:

These Dell Rewards are basically “store credit” that can be used to buy stuff from Dell.com.

Note: you must use the same email between your Alienware Arena Account for your Dell.com Account.

Also, it looks like the ARP-to-Dell Reward exchange range has also been updated:

600 ARP = $10 Dell Rewards
1150 ARP = $20
1650 ARP = $30
2100 ARP = $40

p.s. does anyone know if there is a schedule for when Dell Rewards will reset again?

The schedule for reset is mentioned in the news article - May 1st and November 1st.

I'm genuinely surprised it'll reset twice a year and they lowered the ARP cost. Honestly, I wasn't anticipating more than one reset per year (if that) and, if anything, would've expected the price to go up to match the increase in ARP we can potentially earn with Artifacts. This is way more generous than we probably deserve. (Though, I don't know if they've managed to expand the offer into more regions, which was something they said they were hoping to do in the future.)

Nice to know. Does the reset meam it's only twice a year that ARP can be converted to Dell Cash?

Can we get a word from admins on when this feature will make it out of NA? we were told last November that it was coming to the UK "soon™", and then to other regions after, but it's all quiet again.
