Sup All! Well, I got my first Official Dell / Alienware Product, thanks to Dell Points and Intel event I was able to snag a new headset.
I picked up the Alienware Wired Gaming Headset - AW520H being it was also on sale. I love the headset, and I also like the fabric headband that lends support, so it doesn't weigh down on your ears. Real nice headset

Reward Expired - So Annoyed
I had $75.00 in Dell rewards points expire.
I'm pretty sure they used to send out emails saying you have points that expire on this date.
This time I received no emails.
I called Dell's "customer service" and they never did answer if they send out emails or not, and told me there was nothing they could do.
I was saving my rewards points to make a purchase this month, but now I have to reconsider as it will cost me an extra $75.00 out of pocket.

Support the Community Team Fortress Event - we have 5 days left (until 23rd Sept), but progress has slowed, we need 10,000 more play hours to get the Artifact (if you have it already, what will Alienware give us instead?). So come on people, we can do this.
