This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the Site www.alienwarearena.com (the "Site"), how we use that information and what your rights are regarding your personal information, including the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.
iGames, Inc. ("iGames") owns and operates the Site, but we collect and process the personal information from the Site on behalf of Dell, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries ("Dell"). Dell is the controller of your personal information and iGames is a processor (also known as a service provider) for Dell. We will process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with Dell and Dell’s lawful instructions.
This Privacy Policy applies only to iGames’ processing of your personal information. Dell may use your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy located at http://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/uscorp1/policies-privacy?c=us&l=en&s=corp (U.S. customers), https://www.dell.com/learn/ca/en/cacorp1/policies-privacy (Canadian customers) or http://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/uscorp1/policies-privacy-country-specific-privacy-policy (countries other than the U.S. and Canada).
Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following personal information:
- When you visit the Site: We collect information such as your Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. iGames and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
- When you establish an account: We collect contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number. We also collect unique identifiers such as username, account number, password. We also collect demographic information such as your age and interests.
- When you submit information: Our Site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. Any information you choose to provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
- When you participate in events, contests or sweepstakes: We will collect certain personal information for us to perform our contractual obligations. When you register for an event, your name, username, and sometimes country of residence will be displayed for other users of the Site to view. We may also ask you if you want, at your option, to provide additional information which may be distributed to sponsors and affiliates. In addition, we will collect the entries (which may also include play brackets, images/videos submitted as part of the entry, etc.) and results of the event, contest or sweepstakes (final placing, winning entries, etc.), and incorporate them into the Site for viewing by other users.
- Co-branded events. We may provide co-branded activities or services jointly with other companies on the Site. You can tell when another company is involved in a service provided on the Site by viewing the terms related to that service or rules related to an activity. If you are participating in a joint service or activity, you may also have the option to opt into sharing your information with that company, at which time your information would be used according to that company’s privacy policy.
- Single sign-on. You can log into the Site using sign-in services such as Discord, Google, Steam, Twitch or other OpenID provider as listed as an option on the Site. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our signup form. These services give you the option to post information about your activities on the Site to your profile page to share with others within your network. Some OpenID providers, give you the option to share your profile and other activity data with your Alienware Arena profile. We will authenticate your account using 64-bit SteamID. If you choose to link your Alienware Arena account with Steam, a link will be added to your Steam profile page and a button on your Alienware Arena profile page to message a Steam member.
- Social media features. Our Site includes social media features, such as widgets, the Share button, or interactive mini-programs that run on the Site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
- Newsletters. When you opt in to receive the Alienware Arena newsletter, you will receive Alienware Arena marketing communications from iGames and/or Dell.

How We Share Your Personal Information

- To Dell, who will use your personal information in accordance with its privacy policies (https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/privacy-center).
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors and service providers, such as an email service provider, customer service or event management contractors. These companies are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them or as allowed by law.
- To an investor, buyer or other successor in the event of a financing, merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the assets of iGames or Dell.
- To third parties when you are listed in the member directory, and when you choose to make your personal information available to iGames partners or through blogs and community forums.
- If you participate in an event managed and administered by a third-party organizer, your personal information will be provided to such organizer only in order to operate the event and publicly report the results. When you participate in a Steam activity , your SteamID will be passed to a third party to track, report and administer the Challenges. Third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies and iGames is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to obtain information about our products and services, or one of our partners, during a sweepstakes, contest, or event, we may use that information to communicate with you.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- In aggregated, anonymized, and/or de-identified form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We enable you to create a profile, and share information such as messages, photos, screen shots and videos with others. Please note that we cannot control the actions of others with whom you may choose to share your pages and information.
Opting Out of Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe to our marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email or by updating your preferences on your Alienware Arena account profile. You may also choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by entering your email address at http://www.alienwarearena.com/account/unsubscribe, or by contacting us at privacy@igamesinc.com.
Our Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
iGames and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Site or service.
Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you with advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (age 16 in the EU) or knowingly allow such persons to register. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under such minimum age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Security

Information for Virginia Residents
The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”) provides Virginia residents with rights to access, delete, and correct certain “Personal Data” we collect about them, as well as to restrict the use of that Personal Data for targeted advertising, restrict the “sale” of that Personal Data, and control our use of Personal Data considered sensitive. If you are a Virginia resident, you also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your privacy rights.
The VCDPA defines “Personal Data” to mean “any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person.” When we use the term “Personal Information” in our Privacy Policy, it includes Personal Data covered by this definition.

EU-U.S., Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and th Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
iGames complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. iGames certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. iGames has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), iGames commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the U.S. pursuant to the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. iGames has further committed to refer unresolved DPF Principles-related complaints to a U.S.-based independent dispute resolution mechanism, BBB NATIONAL PROGRAMS. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DPF iGames is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, iGames may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
iGames’ accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the DPF Principles. In particular, iGames remains responsible and liable under the DPF Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless iGames proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
iGames provides services globally and the computer systems on which iGames collects, stores, and uses the information it collects or receives are based in the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, used, processed, or held by iGames in the United States for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
