The important thing now is not to see if it is a mistake, if it should not have happened, whose fault it is, etc... What is really important is HOW THEY ARE GOING TO CORRECT IT. If they simply restock the vault with the same games by the 30th of this month and give a GOOD notice of the opening time, that would be a good way to clean up the mess they have made.

Does anyone want to play some SuperMarker Together for some fun, serious and to get those hours in for the steam event?? Bored and trying to play with some people that don't hop on your game and ruin the game after 5 seconds by spending all of your money.....lol

Everybody acts as if this was a minor hiccup, they even tell people to move on instead of apologizing or trying to fix their mistake. I didn't like how this is handled, what I'd like to see is that they do something to make sure this kind of mistake won't happen again.

I really wanted that Advance Wars a like but AWA really wanted to give me more reasons not to buy their products...

I got up at 4:50 a.m. local in Japan, and try to get something maybe I like. and I got nothing. I found that all the time I spend on this site is wasted. I'm very disappointed. I swear I will never buy any Dell products from now on. In Japan, Mistake about time, such like this time, not allow be made. I'm a game creator. In my company, time is checked by multiple people to ensure that there are no mistakes. And this is the quality of Dell. I will never buy any Dell products from now on.

A proper brand would never make such a mistake. The announcement clearly stated '1PM PDT / 2000 UTC', yet the vault opened nearly 10 hours earlier. This is misleading and unfair to users. It shows that Alienware is not a trustworthy or professional company. Such disorganized, careless behavior is what you'd expect from some random back-alley brand. I expect a serious explanation.

LOL Game Vault open earlier and bots take all Keys, from now I stop to waiste my time on site fro pity 5 ARP fpr 20 min, I just enter to site do daily qest and leave, when I get 20 000 not used ARP I stop do this too and Just check site when Game Vault open I think if all people do the same only bots will left on this site

There might be a silver lining in this game vault mistake The vault was opened early due to a mistake, I'm thinking that no one knows this mistake until it happened & I'm thinking, "Would it possible to see who redeems what at the time?" If it is possible, then AWA staff can find out who is a bot and who is not. Because a bot should've detected the game vault was open regardless of the time and redeem a game within seconds. If that's the case, AWA staff can ban those bots bcz no one knew the mistake

What a joke! Why even bother setting up a specified time for us to believe the Game Vault was going to be opened at, for then it to have been opened at a much earlier time?
Despicable, but then again this Game Vault process to acquire games is a joke.

Disgusting behaviour changing the vault time right on the opening day. Seems every month we need to deal with something like that. Disappointed...

What is the POINT of putting the TIME for when the GAME VAULT is open just for it to be INCORRECT.
Posted 1pm PDT time, and yet it is open already at 11am.
If you don't know how to LIST FUCKING time, then next just say, open when it is open.

Anyone see this yet? Opens in 4 days, 6 hours and will sell for 9999 ARP.

Game Vault Release Update
As many are aware, the Game Vault opened early today at 0800 UTC. This was the original Vault open time, that was changed later to align with 2000 UTC. This update was not correctly applied and the Vault opened at its original 0800 UTC open time.

I know some time zones here are appreciated of that and I am glad you got a better chance at some of the better titles. However, going forward, the open times will remain between 1600-2200 UTC.

Game Vault 1pm PDT, apparently that was a lie, & was released early, something always tends to go wrong I guess I have to go back to my, "check every hour again next time", Oh well, see you guys next month
