The Alien Sign is NOT Neon. I ordered the Teal one from the Marketplace and just got it. It just has white led strip lights glued onto plexiglass with Teal colored half tubing snapped over them. Mine came from China and not The Neon Company in Atlanta Georgia USA like the announcement post stated. Also the announcement video showed the signs being actual Neon tubes. Maybe since it was from China is why it isn't a Neon sign. They should correct the description. With all of that being said, it does look good!

Why does Alienware Arena's daily Leaderboard keeps showing wrong information? It is showing that I've earned 124 ARP, at the same time my control center is also showing different numbers, showing 156 points earned. And if you say just wait to for the site to update, no, and no. This theory has been tested for years now, and it never shows the correct number (the control center ARP) at all.

Im losing double ARP that I bid on auction GAs when I win. For example I bid 1500 ARP, then win GA and it withdraw 3000 ARP from me instead of just 1500. Happened twice for me in a short period of time, so i lost 3000 ARP already.
Is this common or just me?

Does anyone know if the Alienware Area-51 Brick Kit will ever be back in stock?
Every 3 months we get a different artifact in the market, correct? But we also get Flux in Community Events. It seems to be spaced every 4 or 5 months (we got one with Runescape and now another one in the Among Us game with goose that I forgot the name) but what about the H`erkow Fertility Robes? They appear to be a Daily Calendar thing and happened last december... so will it appear next month? I saw that in 2023 it showed in the mdi of the year but I couldn't figure out how it is spaced
I, finally, have enough ARP to buy the Area 51 brick kit and its out of stock. I highly doubt it'll get back in stock before the sale ends, but I'll still be checking everyday. If not, I'll have to collect more points once it is back in stock. Overall, I hope its not too long. I see that it takes a while for this thing to get shipped out.

A while back, I used ARP to get the Area-51 brick kit and I received it in June. I built it and proudly installed it on a shelf in my office, and I didn't order anything else since. Yesterday, I received a package that I wasn't waiting for, and to my surprise it was another Area-51 brick kit. Thanks for the free gift Alienware, I'll gift it to a friend for Christmas!

why did community event conclude on the 25th, if it said it lasted till the 26th. it's still the 26th, and the event is already over. how do i get compensated for the 30 hours my computer was completely tied up downloading a ridiculous 50gb game that can only download at 1 kbps from steam's garbage servers? remind me never to waste my time on community eveny bs!
