Considering you didn't actually purchase/buy the product, it should be marked as GIFT, therefor no duties/taxes. Like how much did they declare the value of this mouse pad? Paying $42.13 would mean it's a $300+ mouse pad! LMFAO

You need to contact support, or come to the Discord to talk to the team directly. It's NOT supposed to be like that, and they need to know *where* there are such issues!
