While I'm certain there are bots snagging keys, I wouldn't go as far as to say the bots are taking all the keys. I've managed to get the game key I aimed for the last five times I've attempted, and they were some of the better games. Maybe I just got lucky each and every time. I understand the frustration by other users, but I for one am thankful for Alienware. This isn't something that they have to offer, and it isn't something you have to spend time on. Thank you ALIENWARE for "Rogue Waters."

Final Fantasy XIII - Relay Challenge

Does anyone know why games are not showing up on the Dell website? For me, right now I can see a total of 81. But I have over 50 in my saved list that I can click on and they are in stock. When I do a search, however, they don't show up. I have some Dell Rewards that will expire that I'd like to use. Can someone shed some light? Is there a way to "fix" this so that all in stock games show?

I'm thinking of trading in my M17R3 to Dell since they're offering a great credit. I'm not currently in the market for a new PC. Does anyone know if the credit has to be used within a certain amount of time? Will it expire at some point?
