I managed to get Doom, which was my second choice. I kept refreshing and confirming and getting "Gateway" errors. Then it said, "Not enough ARP." I was optimistic then that it had processed my purchase for Doom. Lo and behold, there it was in my Rewards. Snake Eater last month and now Doom. I'm very happy.

I didn't get my first choice (Space Marine 2), but I got my second choice in Karma. That's the second time I've missed out on Space Marine 2, but I'm happy. Maybe third time is the charm.

I missed out on the previous three vaults, but it was all worth it in the end. That was the longest 8 seconds after clicking the "Claim" button.

While I'm certain there are bots snagging keys, I wouldn't go as far as to say the bots are taking all the keys. I've managed to get the game key I aimed for the last five times I've attempted, and they were some of the better games. Maybe I just got lucky each and every time. I understand the frustration by other users, but I for one am thankful for Alienware. This isn't something that they have to offer, and it isn't something you have to spend time on.
