Why does it take months and/or year+ to receive our rewards? 

There are always threads where numerous people have been waiting several months for their Dell Rewards. While I do understand the rewards are not applied instantly, it surely doesn't require several months to push those rewards through.

Then there are those who claimed physical rewards and still haven't received for a year+, myself included. I've been waiting a year for the Alienware Arena Banner and have still not received it. I know mail can be slow, and possible delays, but there is no reasonable explanation as to why it should take a year.  

We are directed to contact@alienwarearena.com but we don't even get a response from there. It's as if our inquiries are forwarded directly to trash bin.  

Who else has been waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their rewards? frown

there are theories and giving the benefit of the doubt:

1. they haven't got stock refreshed

2. haven't reached the quota to actually begin the process of manufacturing>warehousing/direct shipping>delivered process

3. covid slowing evekrything down.

these are my would-be benefit of the doubt.... but im really stretching it on #2



I haven't received neither the $10 or $20 dell rewards. I'm starting to assume I just joined too late and they stopped doing the rewards. I have contacted that same email, and I haven't gotten a response either. I see a lot of posts of people having the same issue, and it looks like Moderators helped with the situation awhile back but now none of the posts even get a Moderator response. Was really hoping to make it to that 3rd tier before Black Friday so I could maybe get $60 to put towards a new laptop, but it's not looking good.

Rewards are still flowing. Some users experience issues and we try to resolve those. You should be getting responses from contact@alienwarearena.com.  I will look into what the hold up is for you guys.  

@Jeffrey44 it looks like a Dell account was never made for you.  I am looking into it.  The rewards you have earned will be released once we get an account attached.

I still have not received the $10 or $20 Dell Advantage Dollars rewards yet either. I too have checked both Dell and Arena account.



I feel bad, I always get mine in a fairly timely manner. It might take a couple of months, but it always comes in.


Some of the Dell Advantage Dollar rewards seem to have to be manually pushed through or approved. I redeemed the ones I got from leveling up and got those extremely quickly. Meanwhile, the $10 I got as a Birthday reward never appeared after waiting for months. As soon as I contacted customer service, it went through.

I didn't even know AWA gives out birthday rewards. sad
