Ignore the buffoonery and hear me out. The Artifacts will randomize in rotations with different capabilities. The one you see now will be replaced with another the next time they add new items. Always inspect the countdowns on availability.

The nice thing is, the marketplace refreshes and changes things at 4 set times of the year, the next one should be beginning of august.
