Does anyone know how to get ARP points easier or how to redeem them??

There is no trick to it, you have to put some effort in. Make sure you know about all the ways written in the FAQ and pick what suits you. Then you can look into artifacts to boost your earnings, but it is an investment - they cost ARP too.

And you redeem them by buying stuff in the marketplace or game vault when it is open.
