I managed to get Doom, which was my second choice. I kept refreshing and confirming and getting "Gateway" errors. Then it said, "Not enough ARP." I was optimistic then that it had processed my purchase for Doom. Lo and behold, there it was in my Rewards. Snake Eater last month and now Doom. I'm very happy. Thanks, Alienware!
