Why are all the steam playtime counters working except for the choose your own game??

I've put in probably 8 hours over 4-5 days since I picked it nearly a week ago but it still says I have 0 time in it.

It will clear now that the double event is over. Issue was Steam stonewalling after too many requests, and CYOG seemed the last quest in order of priority so it was the one getting rejected for most.

since it seems to be an event thing, i never had any problem on counting my choosen game.
