Ugh, was hoping I’d have enough ARP by mid-November/December to grab both the dell reward points offered, but that damn 22 day timer appeared and now I’m nervous I won’t even earn enough for the 3000 DRP in time.

You should still have time to get them later. I believe they reset every 3 or 4 months, I can't remember exactly. I usually end up getting them around the last day or two so I can hold on to them longer.

They reset when the timer runs out, so you can get the next lot. Every 3 months: November 1st, February 1st, May 1st, August 1st.

Yeah,i need to get better at artifacts,i only have the ones currently in the shop,but they are max level at least(and yes,you are right,every little bit helps)

They always come back around every three months, I'd say if you can, get the 3000 before november. And then get the 2000 as soon as you can for the holiday deals. And if you're lucky you may get the next 3000 before februrary's reset.
