Please can anyone teach me how can i upgrade my tier 1 to tier 2 i have 900 lifetime arp it cant level up why ?????

Top of the screen -> "Rewards" drop down menu -> "What is Arena" -> "What is ARP?" Shows you all the tiers and the required Lifetime ARP for each of them. Leveling up happens automatically when you hit that number.

as someone already said it takes 2500 lifetime arp. Are you doing all the quests and logging in every day? Watch twitch streams to get 15 arp as well
