When does Arena reset for daily login and other quests? Midnight GMT? Something else?

There are two resets. The new day starts at 00:00 UTC. That's the reset for Login/Calendar, Steam Quests, Twitch, and Time on Site. I *believe* that's true for everyone.

New Daily Quests, on the other hand, don't get posted until midnight. At least, it's always midnight for me, regardless of EST or EDT. I don't know if it's the same for everyone (i.e. midnight for their time zone) or not.

Really wish that they'd just reset everything at one time, instead of resetting most things at 00:00 UTC and then daily quests something like 5 hours later...
