Nice that they acknowledged the big flaw with going first and going last when assisting an amateur. By the end, Ms. Kateson had a "Don't need no tech support 😏" attitude.

Also, they must have ordered those "Big Nerd Gaming" t-shirts before asking Ms. Kateson why she didn't react to it: "Are you like a beginner gaming or a professional or a mid-range gamer."
