Why are the artifacts sweepstakes open only to certain countries - U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Ireland, India, Brazil, United Kingdom and Germany? For real products I grunt but understand, however, why do digital items have regional restrictions? Any plausible explanation?

I'm also quite curious about that and I hope someone will bother to explain.

The nations of the world refusing to have the exact same laws is a plausible explanation. For a more detailed explanation, you'll probably need to either consult a lawyer or study the gambling-related laws of every nation.

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> When winning a contest involves tax or shipping issue, I agree. But for digital items it should be different. That's my opinion and got no idea what those in charge will say.

Everyone has an opinion, but "those in charge" of each nation don't always obey public opinion. AWA's goal is to be global, but there have already been sore losers who reported AWA for violating their local laws with a giveaway. 😒

Where can I see the artifacts sweepstakes?

It's all about local laws. i.e. what constitues a sweepstake/competition/giveaway, what is required of an entrant, and what information you're allowed to ask entrants (particularly PIA) in order for them to enter, etc.
