Why are these the only artifacts available on the market? I have thousands of ARPs in my account! Do I have to complete a specific mission?

november 1st should bring a different artifact, they run one for a month every 3 months

Those must be always available, because they are starter Artifacts for newbies to learn to use Artifacts. As an 8-year member, it's your own fault for missing out on many opportunities to obtain other artifacts. Now, just wait patiently.

When a steam community event rolls around, those will have an achievement or two you can get. And every subsequent time after you got those specific ones will instead give 50 arp.
