Hey, I'm a small indie dev. I just found out about alienware arena and I wonder, can I share some steam keys of my game with the community? How should one do that?

You can create a Community Giveaway. Click on "Games" on the top of the page and click on "community giveaway" in the drop-down menu and create one. If you're a dev, though, you can contact AWA and offer keys and it'll be in the front page.
