You get ARP just for clicking the link, which is really your issue. Beyond that, IDK. I skipped the previous 2 that we had. In the past, you might have gotten something out of it if you also filled it out, but this would be rare.

Go to control center, left click on the words of the quest, not the questionmark in a circle. If that doesn't work, hold ctrl and left click (if you have a middle mouse button, that does the same thing). Hopefully it works for ya next time.
