This is my second week trying Dell rewards for logging in daily. I got the notification that I’ve got the 500 points for both weeks. I checked on the dell website and it only says 500 points. In my history says that i earned 500 each but only a balance of 500. I haven’t used them. What can I do so they can show up?

Ok. Thanks for the info. My brother started with me from his house and his 1000 points do show up for him. I will check again tomorrow. Thanks for the response.

Same for me, it showed up and when I clicked "Get" it refreshed and doesn't show. Hopefully tomorrow it shows up!

Do you get the 500 points by logging in into the Alienwararena website or Dell website? I have been logging in for a couple of weeks now and I only get 100 points of ARP on Fridays.

I’ve only being logging in to Alienware daily and once in a while check the dell rewards page.

I logged in to dell today and still no change. Not sure if there is a support chat to get it fixed.

Late thursday night till friday night there is the alienware head next to the bell icon in the top right of the alienwarearena website. So long as you claimed it from there you should see it in control center->my rewards->500 drp 6/19/2026.

Now if it showed up in my rewards and doesn't award on dell's reward page by like... I guess monday. Then try the alienware arena discord under community for help from mods if maybe there was a glitch rewarding it here.
