Just got to Interstellar - went into the profile section, added a title but it will not apply it.

Hi, does anyone know how to chase old orders on the dell merch, I ordered the Sticker Pack before the recent update to the merch store, this was on the 28/06/24, I've had my points deducted but no pack delivered - or an update as to what's going on.
The weird thing is that I got the pin late last month and got that 2 days ago following nine e-mails about its location, the difference between the two orders is staggering. I'd either like my points back or my order but I can't find anywhere to chase them.
