Is anyone else having random achievements popping up all of a sudden?
Unlocking some achievements retroactively, but they don't come all at once.
Still haven't unlocked the achievement for this, did anybody unlock this?

What exactly are we supposed to do to unlock the "Enter Game-Vault" achievement?
