Gwent Kegs - Stocking Issue Fixed

  • 27

Seriously?!?

I was logged in and waiting, ready to claim a keg the moment they became eligible and they were "all out" within seconds?!?!

EDIT - Keg keys were stocked after a few hours.  Better late than never!  :)

I think that I was less than "seconds"... my god..

Yeah man, I thought I was seeing things.  All out within seconds is completely ridiculous.  This website is run like a kangaroo show.

Give it a few minutes to an hour.  It seems inconceivable that all 15,000 keys would vanish in under 5 seconds.  Maybe there's a glitch in releasing the keys.  Or maybe they're intentionally holding them back to try and circumvent bots.

I mean, it's possible, right?  Especially given what a mess this site is at times.

yeah.... you will probably find all those kegs selling on some other sites because a person/people with bots got them all.

the worst part is that the same thing happened with the last giveaway (Serious Sam), and AWA knows about this and still repeats the same mistake like they don't give a damn.... they should give the keys to people that visit this site every day and try to level up, instead they feed some random hacker that steals all the keys for profit... what a shame

Agreed.  A better system would be to do these sorts of giveaways via private message.  Announce that keys will be given away to users who login every day and participate in the event, then create a pool of all those users, and then randomly distribute keys via private message.

You must be joking.  This is nothing but crazy talk.  Do you seriously think one of the adminsitrators would devote the time to select each recipient and then PM all 2,000 people or how many ever keys there are available to give out?

There's no way in my opinion that AWA will devote that kind of time and attention to a giveaway.  Given how the administrators behind this website have conducted past giveaways, I cannot see how AWA could make that kind of dedicated effort.
