Dell rewards: Could the admins help me please?!

I redeemed a noticeable amount of Dell rewards a week ago but I don't see anything on my Dell account. Where should I look for it? People usually get their Dell rewards after redeeming them within 1 to 3 days. I am afraid there might be something wrong with my account. Could the Alienware Arena Admins look into this, please?

P.S. I contacted Dell support but they had no idea about this rewards system. I felt stupid after chatting with them! You can buy stuff from Dell.com with these Dollar rewards, right?

So, looks like we're getting a response back that your Dell account is not active. To be fair, Ive never seen this error come through before. Try logging into dell.com (make sure you're using the same email as you have on file here) and navigate to Dell Rewards and see if there is something indicating active status.  
I'll message my contact there, but I doubt I'll get a response till next week.

Thank you for your response. It is active of course. I can log in. I am talking to Dell Customer care center right now. They confirmed that there is something wrong with my rewards account and rewards history. I'll let you know about the outcome.

I'm having this same issue. It's like the whole history was deleted. 

My condolences! If I had the rewards in my account I would get my accessories before Cyber Monday deals are gone :(

Last time I tried to use my Dell ARP points, I received an estimated shipping date for my cable when I placed my order. I waited and waited around the day the order said it would show up but it never arrived. Come to find out, my order had been cancelled almost immediately after I placed it, they just never bothered to email or call me to let me know. I lost the $10 in points and have got nothing except the runaround ever since then anytime I've tried to chat or email them about it.  I finally gave up on trying to get them to make it right, so I just won't spend money on the products any more.

That's sad :( Sorry to hear that. I mean this is very generous of Dell and Alienware Arena to offer almost free stuff. However, when you are promised something and you don't get it, that destroys trust.

It seems my account is active now. I can see my rewards history when logging into Dells.com. Could you please try again and send my Dollar Rewards through?
