Improve the durability of the keys. The Alienware laptop I purchased, the "E" key stopped working after a year and I have to now use an external keyboard with my laptop, not very convenient.

I can attest to the fact they really do put these things thru the ringer. Idk how much they did it back in 2012 when I got my m14, but that thing has been to Hell and back and runs like a dream still.
