Dell.com shows that I had $55 worth of DRP, which I earned in April, expire on August 15. Since points don't expire for 6 months, they shouldn't have expired until October, no? Could an admin look into this for me, or give me some guidance on who I should contact about this issue? Thanks.

Go to dell's website, click on support, click on community in the drop down, go to view all forums, go to customer care. Put a post there. If nothing after a while, try sales chat in the dell store. Good luck.

Thanks Bobby. I reached out and was told that only DRP acquired after some arbitrary date in May—which wasn't even cited in the email announcing the 6-month expiration—are eligible. In effect, they told me to go pound sand.
