Any ideas on how to fix this issue? The captcha sometimes shows up or not at all and it always shows the same message afterwards, I tried several browsers with and without extensions and nothing seems to fix it.

I have the same problem. I've just given up at this point. Switching to mobile data didn't help as it's also shared IP. I could claim some giveaways with VPN but it doesn't work with vault. It just gets replaced with a "disable vpn" error.

make sure you log into site fresh, not old login, also try visit different pages before you try to buy something
