i only just got my first set of headphones for a computer ever a few months ago.... they need to be replaced? are they like brake pads?

I hate how wired headphones break so easily, I have so many where the one side just stops working after a few months. Switched to wirelss but that sucks, because will have to replace those every 1-2 years when battery dies.

@perfectgirlsee Mi wired headphones had just reached the 9th year of life. No wireless headphone can even dream reaching that lifespan.

@jk Same here! I'll have things that are mostly duct tape but I'll keep using them until I get sick of the sticky stuff getting everywhere. Even cheap things that are easy to find, like wall chargers or something. My wife hates it, lol.

I just hate when I need to replace a part, but it simply isn't sold. The one part that they don't make replacements for. That sucks.
