having the same problem even though i am not using a VPN! i've tried using different browsers, turning off adblockers, using different devices. nothing's worked so far. i have also emailed awa, but haven't gotten a reply 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had this problem previously. It resolved after I turned my modem off overnight. I'd suggest to try to turn it off for 10 minutes and see if the new connection solved this for you.

Check with your cell phone data, if that disappears then it's your ISP issue.
