Fragment grind complete.
Unless I somehow manage to win a Plasma Chamber or the artifact that was only available once as a random bonus with a specific game in the game vault returns, I am finally finished upgrading EVERY artifact.
Now hopefully I get achievement credits for them.

Years... It was really slow going when they first started releasing artifacts because there weren't as many sources of fragments. Plus so many artifacts were released all at once. But the new sources of fragments sped things along a lot.
