Hell, I can't sync with steam library even though my basic details, my profile, as well as game details are all public and the option to always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details is also unchecked

Allow see playtime. A better post screenshot on english interface (sry english language wider)

Try to remove and reconnect your Steam Account to AWA, if that doesn't work then ask for tech support on the discord forum.
