I cannot get the Alienware Pro Gear = Instant Upgrade quest to complete. I watch the video and then nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Click the link, click the button to start the quest and watch the video, at the end click the X on the top right to close it, click the button to redo the quest, click the youtube play button, watch video again, click claim.
