It's impossible to change artifacts even after 24 hours have passed, I placed some artifacts this friday about 8pm GMT yet I still can't change them with another ones

Pretend you are going to upgrade an artifact ( can do with an artifact that is already full level), that usually works for me to unlock the stubborn slots after 24H.
