In the years the website has been running, there hasn't even been an attempt to implement the benefits we don't have or even try to compensate for them with others. There aren't even any streamers in the Alienware program who speak spanish.

Besides, even if I'd only known about this page for a few months, it's logical to think that over the years there have been improvements and clearly they haven't been in favor of the Hispanic community, for the reasons I mentioned earlier.

Regarding your second question, when a Latam country is excluded from something, like in this case the benefits of "Dell Rewards & Merch," the same usually happens for almost all the other Latam countries.
