Artifact is stuck at "You can only change the artifact in a slot once every 24 hours" and it has been well over 24 hours since i changed artifact.

Select a artifact(can select max level) then upgrade it. Page will refresh.

or change broswer and it will work me from chrome to opera then come back to chrome,works for twitch bugs"max reach" too.

@Fruit Punch Samurai - thanks =) you're right, I signed up here a few years ago for a game key and never bothered with AWA since then. I just assume, that I'll level up my tier by collecting ARP?
