I cannot change an artifact even after 24 hours? I switched an artifact on Sunday night to get a boost to steam quest ARP, and now I want to change it today on Tuesday morning but can't. Anyone know what to do?

another way : choose anyone upgrade(fail is fine), the page will refresh
