The 500 DRP I received last week has not yet been reflected in the total DRP in the My Rewards tab on Alienware.com.
It has added to the total DRP on Dell.com which reflects what my total DRP should be. Anyone else have this discrepancy?

AS long as the dell rewards site shows the correct amount its fine. ive always had issues with the alienware rewards tab being inaccurate. For half month it said i had 120,000 points after i already redeemed them.

Might sound stupid, but have tried logging out of your Alienware.com account and logging back in. I had the same issue last week, and that fixed it for me.
