It's temporary because of the issues with the last Main Steam Global Event with Path of Exile & Warframe caused massive pings to Steam which Steam limited those pings which caused delay of detection for tracking the time in those games

So, until they find a workaround without Steam limited tracked pings, we have the one quest only
