I download the game, the whole patch, the entire hd texture patch, and I can't claim the rewards because I don't have the subscription https://store-new.standingstonegames.com/ddo/expansions can't claim the code because you need to buy the subscription in order to access the game

That's odd, it should work for free players too, I maganed to claim it just fine...

That is odd 3xtastyy1988 . It worked for me also . I download the game f2p from Steam and played a sec and then added the code and all worked fine for me and they even send a email showing all you got . I also never played D&D online but it says the code should work for All players paid or not .

The coupon is not for the webstore, it shall used ingame. When you are in the game and open the ingame store, there is a Redeem button, that's where you put in the code and get all those adventure packs.
