It just shows me how many arp i need to get to what rank, not the arp sweepstakes, is this because i need a minimum of arp for this month or something?
At the top of the page click on the button that says ARP. There should be a banner that says Arena Rewards Points underneath are more buttons that says Sweepstakes, Digital rewards, Points Values, Rules, Leaderboard, and schedule click on the sweepstakes button and the prizes are there.

I did but the only buttons i see are Digital rewards, Points Values, and Leaderboard.
It's only available to North America and a few countries in Europe I just noticed this was an Australia/New Zealand post so your probably just not eligible sadly.
