on counter strike its just between 100 - 160 on dota 2 its between 50 - 60 i dont no what settings its on kinda new to all this gaming stuff

I couldnt seem to run dota 2 at constant 50-60 fps when all the settings are maxed. during heavy fights, fps drop to 30-40 fps. i7 3630 1gb gddr gt650m any idea why? i tried all the drivers, including the latest nvidia and also the latest from dell website. :(
