I'm trying to add my game id but all it says is:

Enter your unique identifier for any of the below games. Note that although some games have the same type of unique ID (for example, CS 1.6 and Source both use Steam IDs), you may provide different unique IDs for each game.
When you are participating in events, changes to your unique ID for the respective game will only be allowed pursuant to the rules for those events.
There is also a button which says update unique ids but i there isn't a place to type in my ids, what is going on?
