i had the same but i had clicked on confirm and after checking my rewards I had the key. So i was one of the lucky ones

Same, third month in a row that the button is not working, i guess the only way to claim games now is to edit the page like people did with ESO.

Check Control Center > My Rewards > Game Keys. It froze there for me, never confirmed my purchase, but I did manage to get a key.

Same. Clock hits 21:00:00, I hit F5. Page loads instantly for my surprise. I click "CONFIRM" and nothing happens. Went to "REWARDS" and the key wasn't there... Man, this was the game I wanted the most this year.
