Upcoming changes for the Alienware Arena App

We’ve taken the community feedback for our Arena mobile app and we will be setting in motion updates and the addition of new features and options. We are aware that some members outside of the North America have had a diminished experience, so for now we are taking down the app for territories outside the North America so we can work to make it more robust for the global community.

The App will update this week for NA members bringing about some new fixes. This will be strictly a bug update.

We welcome your continued feedback through contact@alienwarearena.com as we work on the enhancements. Thanks to the Alienware Arena community.

Oww... Now I get a feeling that it'll never be available for those outside the US. :c

It wasn't any real issue per-se. Works perfectly whenever I use a VPN, so those outside the US were simply being denied service by the app.
